Case Study—Cebro Frozen Foods
Cebro Frozen Foods in California's San Joaquin Valley is a high-volume
food processor, preparing brocoli, cauliflower, tomotoes, and other products
for the food industry.
Before: CFU Exceeded 1200/litre
Air sampling showed colony forming units (CFU) exceeding 1200/litre
of sampled air. Possible contamination existed throughout the physical
plant.
We built two custom 1000 CFM air filtration units. These units are 98%
efficient for removing yeast, molds, and other pathogens, down to the
virus level, or.35 microns. These units effectively remove any viable
food pathogens.
Cebro installed these two units at strategic points
in the plant, as indicated by our suvey of the plant.
After: All Readings Below Previous Lowest Level
Forty-one days after installation of Scientific Air Solutions'
air filtration systems, no CFU samples are as high as the lowest reading
previously achieved. All readings within the entire facility are
well within required levels.

plant.
